Tom Wild

KMD_3443-EditTom’s practice focuses on representing various mortgage seller-servicers and DUS lenders in multifamily real estate finance transaction, including mortgage loans to be purchased by Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. Tom has extensive experience under the Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae multifamily programs relating to affordable housing transactions including, but not limited to 4% and 9% LIHTC transactions and has negotiated, documented and facilitated the closing of numerous securitized real estate multifamily finance transactions. In addition, Tom’s experience includes representing lenders in multi-layered financing transactions, variable and fixed rate bond transactions, ground lease mortgages, HAP contracts, PILOT and tax abatements issues and related matters. Tom has also represented various clients in asset based financing, purchase and sale agreement and general corporate matters.

Sean Kearney

KMD_3459_(3)Sean’s practice focuses on representing government-sponsored entities, institutional lenders, and banks in commercial real estate finance transactions. His practice is primarily focused on finance transactions involving multifamily properties and other commercial real estate, including affordable housing, student housing and securitized loans. Sean also has a broad range of experience in traditional real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and commercial leasing.

Sean also advises businesses on the various issues encountered during a company’s duration, including formation and structure, corporate governance, equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, and dissolution. Sean has extensive experience drafting and negotiating operating agreements, partnership agreements, and organizational documents for business entities. Sean also advises clients regarding corporate formalities and business law requirements.
